Return Policy: Product Preview Policy In an effort to guarantee your satisfaction, Trade Secrets offers product previews. We charge a non-refundable $250 fee + shipping to preview one of our products. We charge your credit card $250 plus the cost to ship the item to you. We do not send invoices for previews and we require you sign a copyright license agreement. The $250 fee will apply towards your purchase of that item, if you decide to purchase it. If the item is not returned to Trade Secrets in the same condition it was shipped WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the day you receive the item, your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS. Note: We are unable to send previews of the Everything DiSC facilitation System. Trade Secrets’ Refund Policy Our refund return policy includes a 30% of the sale price restocking fee, plus postage, for printed materials and videos valued at less than $1000. All orders over $1000 are deemed final. Online product sales such as online courses, EPIC credits, or software programs are deemed final. No exceptions.
